RETURNS

At www.diviscollectionsslu.com we take care that the products are of the best quality and are carefully packaged so that you always receive what you bought. However, if your product arrives damaged or you did not receive what you ordered, simply start the process for a return within 15 days of receiving your purchase. See the procedure for the return.


HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?


If your product arrives damaged or you didn´t receive what you ordered, please email us at diviscollectionsstlucia@gmail.com. In the subject of the email put Return and the # of your purchase order. Example: Return # 0123456789ABCDEFGHIJ.


In the mail please explain the reason for the return and please attach photographs clearly showing the irregularity. In the next 24 business hours you will receive an email with the instructions to carry out.


Deliver the product to the specialist in charge and it is very important that it must be in good condition, in the same way that you received it and reflected in the photographs sent.


When the product arrives at our facilities, it will take us about 2 business days to review it. If the product is approved, the reimbursement procedure will begin. Please check the times it takes for the refund procedure. (72 hours or 3 business days).


WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I RETURN?


Due to the nature of some items, we cannot accept the return of any food or groceries due to hygiene and quality.


In the case of food or groceries, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or it was not what you ordered. We check expiration dates very well and that the product meets the necessary conditions, to be able to be sent by us without complications!

Returns are Totally Free! That´s how it is!. But remember to check what products you can return, since not everything applies to returns.

HOW MUST THE PRODUCT BE TO RETURN IT?


If you have already checked that your product applies for the return in the section What product can I return? Remember that the product must be in the same condition that you received it. This is important because if it does not keep its original packaging or it is not in the same condition that you received it, your return will be rejected.


HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE?


If you have already completed the procedure for a return, the average time is 5 business days. This covers the average time from when you start the procedure until your return is accepted. After that, the time of resending your product or of a refund may vary according to the form of payment you made.


REFUNDS


The refund can proceed once the cancellation of your order was accepted or when after making the return, the product arrives at our facilities and is approved.


Take into account that the time and the form of reimbursement will proceed according to the form of payment you have used to make your purchase.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW LONG MY REFUND TAKES AND WHERE IS IT MADE?


If the payment was by credit or debit card. We will make the refund to the same credit or debit card used in your purchase. Once your return has been approved, the refund will be made automatically.


It takes 3 to 5 business days once we have confirmed to your email that the refund was made on behalf of www.shopim.imimportexport.com. Keep in mind that the time may vary but this depends solely on the bank. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything to speed up the process, you will have to review this situation directly with your bank.
